HorseSense360 offers team power training, an equine-assisted training program that incorporates physical exercises with conceptual learning to help teams improve their communication skills and turn problems into opportunities.

Horses are highly perceptive animals who group together for survival. By working together with these horses, your team members will develop new competencies and skills, and a deeper understanding of each other.

A team’s excellence is defined by each individual’s ability to stay open and receptive to new things, to communicate effectively, and to trust and be trusted.

But job pressures and group dynamics often leave team members frustrated, unable to take action, innovate, and grow. For companies interested in doing things differently, we offer a unique and unforgettable team-building opportunity on our B.C. ranch.

This tactile, strategic nature of the training helps everyone embody and remember the lessons learned – instead of forgetting them in the busy day-to-day.

Some of the lessons your team can expect to learn during Team Power:

More effective communication skills including active listening and honesty, and how to avoid miscommunication and assumptions.

The ability to articulate visions and core values, build powerful trusting relationships, and appreciate each other’s differences.

Team alignment, focus and accountability to ensure everyone is working together towards the same goals.
