IPN Brainpower GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 1997 and based in Nuremberg, Germany is one of Europe’s leading recruiting and staffing companies providing solutions within the engineering sector. Currently IPN-Brainpower Germany has over 200 employees in multiple locations across Germany.

In 2010, Brainpower360 was founded as a subsidiary in Vancouver, B.C., by Ralf Holzapfel, former CEO of IPN Brainpower Germany, who is responsible for IPN’s remarkable growth.

Today, Brainpower360’s Vancouver team is recognized for its professional and exceptional ability to effectively deliver results.

Our Team

Ralf Holzapfel

Co-Owner / CEO

Ralf has been a corporate leader for over 30 years of which he has been in the recruiting industry for over 20 years. He started his career in manufacturing and after finishing his mechanical engineering degree in 1998 he joined IPN Brainpower in Germany.

In 2004, Ralf became the CEO of IPN Brainpower Germany. Driven by the desire for a new challenge he founded the Canadian subsidiary of IPN Brainpower in Vancouver in the year 2010.

Finally, in 2019 Ralf took ownership of IPN Brainpower together with his wife, Corina and merged their recruiting and leadership training business, which they now successfully run under the name of Brainpower360.
